This trek begins with sightseeing of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley. In fact, real trekking of Annapurna Panorama trek starts with a bus ride to Pokhara from Kathmandu then to Dhampus Phedi or it may be by flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft.)

Our representative will be there at the Tribhuvan International Airport to receive you and take you to the hotel in Kathmandu. The same evening, you and your team members will be offered typical Nepali food in a fine restaurant. You will also be briefed about the trip, and dropped at your hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing Kathmandu Valley and Preparation for Trekking (1,300 m/4,264 fit)

After breakfast, you will set out for sightseeing of the culturally and architecturally rich heritage sites of the Valley. Places such as the Pashupatinath, the world famous temple precinct of the Hindus, the Boudhnath and Swaymbhunath, the world famous Buddhist stupa precinct, and Kathmandu Durbar Square will open up completely a new cultural world of Nepali art and architecture to you. You will also be taken to the Kumari Ghar, where resides the Virgin Goddess. We will also discuss the trip, and you will be introduced to your fellow trekkers and our crews.

Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara by tourist bus (910 m/2,986 ft) 6-7 hrs, 200km

After breakfast, around 6:30 am transfer to the Tourist bus station and drive to Pokhara by tourist bus. This scenic drive offers fascinating glimpses of rural Nepal as you pass through Middle Hill scenery along with the famous rafting Trishuli River originated from Tibet northeast of Kathmandu. Arrive Pokhara midafternoon.

Day 04: Drive to Phedi and trek to Pothana (1990m/6527 ft), 4hrs walk

Today, morning a short drive (40 minutes) to reach Phedi starting point of our trek. From here we'll follow the trail to get Dhampus village for around 1 ½ hour ascends passing through terrace field and a small forest. After lunch at Dhampus village, we'll continue our trek, ascent for 2 hours to reach Pothana, where we'll rest and relax at our local teahouse for overnight. Pothana is a small village surrounding by small forest with the magnificent view of Machhapuchre (Mt. Fishtail) as well as Annapurna South with Dhampus village to the bottom.

Day 05: Pothana to Ghandruk village (1940m/6360 ft) 6-7 hrs walk

After your teahouse breakfast, we'll be walking up and down along quiet trails through the forest for about 3 hours where en-route some small teahouses offering tea o cold drink breaks for small business. We'll reach for lunch at Landruk which also nice village settled in terrace landscapes. Continuing, the trail leads step way about 40 minutes walking down to the Modi River and crossing the bridge you can be seen beehives on a side of the cliff. Continuing our trek to Ghandruk, the trail ascends and steepest before we reach Ghandruk which is the largest Gurung (popular ethnic group from the western region of Nepal) settlement in the area with the closest views of Annapurna and Machhapuchre to the north and evening enjoy exploring the local village and people with traditional dressed. Tonight stay at local hotel/lodge.

Day 06: Ghandruk village to Tadapani (2,710m/8,891ft) 4hrs walk

Today we pass the Ghandruk village ascends walk to the rich rhododendron forest and about 3 hrs fully forest walking reaches Bhaise Kharka where few teahouses and after lunch again ascends up to the Tadapani after few hour walk through the forested way. Finally, we reach Tadapani for overnight stay. This small place is surrounding by rhododendron forest and closest view of Mt. Fishtail and Annapurna range.

Day 07: Tadapani to Ghorepani (2,850m/9,350ft) 5-6 hrs walk

After breakfast, it's a short walk down to the stream and crossing wooden local made bridge and again followed by a 3-hour climb up to the steep ridge of Deurali for lunch and the further walk to the top of Deurali pass (3160m/10365 ft). After an easy walk of around an hour, trails lead down to Ghorepani where we'll stay tonight. This is a popular place for around and can see the good panoramic view of the Mt. Dhaulagiri range and explore around.

Day 08:  Ghorepani to Tatopani (1,200m/3937ft) via Poonhill (3,210m/10,531ft) hike, 6-7 hrs walk

Today early morning your guide will knock your door to wake up you with a dark climb up to the Poonhill takes 45 minutes hike on your pace through the rhododendron forest and spread glimpse of the sunrise view and chirping sounds of birds during the early hiking. Poonhill is a great viewpoint from where we'll be able to enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the Mustang part and Pokhara valleys as well as see the more than 20 highest mountain closest views. After back to the hotel and breakfast, we walk down to Tatopani with the long downhill. Before reaching Tatopani we will pass some nice local villages with the Himalayan scenery. We'll stop en-route for lunch at Shikha before reaching Tatopani, which means 'hot water spring' in Nepali word. Visit hot spring for a bath in the riverbank of Kaligandaki. Enjoy your time in hot spring and overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Tatopani to Pokhara 6-7 Hrs Drive

After your breakfast, in the morning we'll take a sharing Jeep drive from Tatopani to Beni through the Kaligandaki river valley and to Pokhara by public bus takes around a 6-7 hours drive through beautiful countryside and on arrival at Pokhara. We'll check in to our hotel and rest of the time explore the lakeside area or simply relax and overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft), 7-8 hrs drive

The morning we'll drive back through the scenic countryside and en route will stop for breakfast & lunch. It takes 7 hours back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu, your guide will transfer to the hotel and rest of the day relax or explore the surrounding areas and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Final Departure

Transfer to the international airport and fly to the onward destination.

All prices are in US dollars and do not include international airfare, unless otherwise noted.

Accommodations and Meals:

You will be provided a room in a tourist standard hotel, while you are in Kathmandu. During your trekking, you will be provided room in teahouses. Please be informed that you will be sharing the room at teahouses. Please also note that the Annapurna region is located at far from the maddening crowd, therefore, teahouses may not be as much sophisticated as one finds them in town.

We will provide only breakfast while you are in Kathmandu and three-course meals while you are on trek. This means you will be taking breakfast and dinner at teahouse you stay and lunch in the mid of your trekking. Since the Annapurna region is geographically a remote place, you will be provided only selected but hygienic and organic local foods such as Nepali dal bhat, Tibetan soup, and bread, porridge etc.

Briefing of the Tour:

You will be briefed about the trek, you will be given information file, and importantly introduced with your guide.

Trekking Crews:

We will provide government registered, well-trained English Speaking guide, who holds enough knowledge about responsible tourism and eco-friendly tourism

We will also provide an assistant guide who is ready to help you every situation.

We will provide a porter is provided to every two of you, and he will be carrying not more than 25kg.

We get our crews’ life get insured.

Certificate:

After the trek is over, you will be provided with ANTE adventure certificate.

Size of Group:

Trekking Group Size of our group can range from two people to ten people. In case you want to travel alone, do not hesitate to write to us. We will plan accordingly. In case, you more than ten people, please do let us know so that we can develop and improvise plans and itinerary.

Acclimatization:

Trekking to the Annapurna Region is as much difficult as it is technical. We give special priority to its technical sides as well. For this, we have designed an itinerary to allow you get acclimatize naturally. We know the particular location you need to stay for rest, and the particular distance you need to walk slowly and so on. In case you get high altitude sickness, we have crews who know how to deal it effectively and smartly.

Travel Insurance:

We would like to recommend you to get your trekking insured. Since you are trekking in probably one of the wildest and challenging routes, you need to be cautious of anything inevitable. You may need helicopter evacuation and get your trip canceled. You may get injured and get your baggage theft and so on.

Permits and fees:

The government local body charges some small amount of fee for every you make to the World heritage sites, Conservation areas, National Parks, and restricted areas along climbing. The price we charge includes all the fees.

Please make necessary amendments to our checklist as per your need and convenience. For some case, if you couldn’t get any of these listed equipment/gears in your hometown or you’re in a rush before you fly to Kathmandu, don’t worry! The listed necessary items mentioned below can be easily purchased here.
Except for your day pack, all luggage will be carried by porters. A porter is available for two people who will carry maximum up to 25 kg. So, You have to be careful while packing your Bag or luggage.
 
Moreover, There is an allowance of 15kg per person on the domestic flights. Additional personal items are not needed for the trekking portion of the trip which can be kept in the hotel’s storage room without extra cost.
